Ariana Grande-Butera (born June 26, 1993) is an American singer and actress. She began her career in the role of Cat Valentine for the hit Nickelodeon show Victorious and later its spinoff Sam & Cat. In 2013, she released her debut album Yours Truly which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and moved Ariana into superstardom. In the following year, Ariana's single "Problem" was named song of the summer and her second album, My Everything (released less than a year after her first) also reached No. 1 on the charts.

Ariana also appeared in Scream Queens in the fall of 2015, and released her debut perfume, ARI by Ariana Grande. In addition, she recently released her third studio album, Dangerous Woman. Her most recent single is titled "Side To Side" featuring Nicki Minaj.
