The 2014 Billboard Music Awards were held on May 18, 2014 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. Grande was nominated for one award. For the red carpet, she wore a black mini dress.

She also performed "Problem". During the performance she wore a black and white mini dress with white high heel boots. The background was lit by a black and white screen.

Grande opened the event with "No Tears Left To Cry" on May 20, 2018.[1] She was nominated for "Top Social Artist" but South Korean boy band, BTS, won the award.
