In a interview, Dua said she would love to work with Ariana Grande.[1] Dua posted a picture of the two on Instagram on January 17, 2018.[2] A 15-second-snippet of an unreleased collaboration between Lipa and Grande titled "Bad To You" was leaked by the site Music Mafia on April 6, 2018. But it turn out to be only Ariana's song.

In an interview with British Vogue it was revealed that Lipa would be a feature on Grande's fourth studio album, Sweetener.

On June 5, 2018, Grande liked a tweet that stated that the interview took place months before she decided to cut the features on her album to 3 meaning that it is unlikely the collaboration will be on the album.[3] Then, a fan asked Lipa whether they were still releasing a collaboration, she said she still would, but wasn't sure whose album it would be on.

In a recent interview with Andy Cohen, Dua revealed she isn't releasing the song anymore.

For unknown reasons, Ariana Grande unfollowed Dua Lipa on Twitter. Possibly since Dua decided against releasing their song

On July 15, Dua Lipa tweeted a lyric from "God Is a Woman" saying she loved Ariana and the song. Then, she revealed that her favorites songs from Grande's fourth album, Sweetener, are "Breathin", "Borderline" and "God Is A Woman".[4]
