Trivia
- On May 29, 2018, Grande said that the song is about her anxiety. She said: "I felt like I was floating for like 3 months last year and not in a nice way. Like I [am] outside my body? [It] was very scary and I couldn't breathe well. So it's about that. And lots of voices in my head singing. I hope it comforts people who hear it, please".[6]
Lyrics
You can feel it, feel it
Say my system is overloaded
[...]
You can work your way to the top, yeah
Just know that there’s up and downs and it's just
I'll follow fear and just say you are blocked, yeah (feel it, feel it)
Just know there is so much room at the top
