God Is A Woman by Ariana Grande is Ariana Grande's ninth fragrance which was announced June 14, 2021[1] and the body-care, in August 20, 2022. It is named after Grande's 2018 hit single from her fourth album Sweetener.
On August 21, 2022, Ariana announced the "God Is A Woman" body care line, which would be accompanied with her fragrance line as well.
Background[]
The fragrance follows Grande's Thank U, Next and R.E.M. launched in 2019 and 2020, respectively. The fragrance was announced on June 14, 2021 on all of her social media platforms. The teaser for the perfume included a small video with a slowed down version of "God Is A Woman" in the background, but the main feature of the teasure was a picture that showed the perfume accompanied by a few flowers.[1] Grande announced the date of the release on social media with a picture of her in the previous background on June 30, 2020, however the perfume in all didn't get much promo.[2]
The fragrance is nominated in the category 'Fragrance of the Year (Popular)' at the "FiFi Awards 2022", the highest award in the perfumery industry.[3][4]
On August 20, 2022 Allure Magazine announced that the "God Is A Woman: Body-Care Line" will be available exclusively at Ulta Beauty online starting August 22, 2022 and in-store starting August 28, 2022.
On March 3rd, 2023 Ariana teased a God Is A Woman Body Mist.
