The first annual show was held on May 1, 2014 in the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. At this show, Ariana Grande was nominated for 3 awards and one for iHeartRadio Young Influencer Award. She also performed a mashup of her two Top 10 hits (at the time), "[[The Way]]" and "[[Problem]]" . She began with The Way in a simple black mini-dress and white knee-high gogo boots, and an LED display featuring Ariana's first name in yellow was in the background. After finishing the first chorus, the background switched to a black-and-white retro display while Ariana pulled off her dress to reveal a shorter black sequence dress, in which she performed Problem. For this, [[Iggy Azalea]]'s vocals were in the background track instead of live.
