Background
On August 10, 2016, Diplo posted on his Snapchat that he was working with Ariana on a new song.[1] 12 days later, a fan met Diplo at the airport and asked him what the name of the song they worked on was called and he responded: "In Your Hands".[2] A few days later, Ariana Grande released a small snippet of her and Diplo in the studio together.
