American singer Ariana Grande is not just popular in America, one of the other places she is popular in is Japan. She has released special Japanese Editions of her albums with bonus tracks and exclusive content.


Yours Truly (2013)[]

The Japanese version of the album contains three remixes of her songs "Baby I", "Right There" and "The Way". It also includes the music videos for her songs "The Way" and "Baby I", plus an exclusive interview.

My Everything (2014)[]

The Japan Edition of the album contains the two Target-exclusive tracks ("Cadillac Song" and "Too Close") plus a remix of her song "Baby I" featuring Japanese musician Taro Hakase.

Christmas Kisses (2014)[]

Christmas Kisses is Ariana's first Christmas EP, containing 5 tracks (Last Christmas, Love Is Everything, Snow In California, Santa Baby Featuring Liz Gillies and Santa Tell Me).

The Remix (2015)[]

The Remix is a remix album of 15 of Ariana's hits (5 of Yours Truly and 10 of My Everything), released exclusively in Japan.

Christmas & Chill (2015)[]

Christmas & Chill is Grande's second Christmas EP, containing 6 original tracks (Intro, Wit It On Christmas, December, Not Just On Christmas, True Love and Winter Things) plus a remix of "Into You" featuring Mac Miller.

Dangerous Woman (2016)[]

The Japan Version of this album contains the two Target-exclusive edition tracks ("Step On Up" and "Jason's Song (Gave It Away)") plus the lead single to the Moonlight album, "Focus". A limited DVD was released as well containing the "Dangerous Woman" music video, the "Dangerous Woman" acapella video, and the "Focus" music video.

The Best (2017)[]

The Best is a Japan Exclusive CD, containing all of Ariana's hits up until November 2017. It was also released on Blu-Ray, with videos from the compilation.

Sweetener (2018)[]

The Japan edition of Sweetener contains the instrumentals of "God Is A Woman" and "No Tears Left To Cry", also via a limited CD and DVD version with the music videos of "No Tears Left To Cry" and "The Light Is Coming".

Thank U, Next (2019)[]

The Japanese version of this album includes the original pink cover, two extra songs ("7 rings (2 Chainz Remix)" and "Monopoly") plus the music videos to "Thank U, Next", "7 Rings" and "Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I'm Bored".

Positions (2020)[]

The Japan Edition of Positions contains an alternate cover of the CD while the deluxe edition also comes with an exclusive acrylic stand.

Eternal Sunshine (2024)[]

The Eternal Sunshine Japan-exclusive was numbered and limited to 500 on the OBI strip, but otherwise similar to the standard vinyl found worldwide. Also released with two different CD versions, a small jewel case variant with the vinyl cover (the only CD variant to have that cover) and a 10" paper sleeve variant with the first exclusive webstore cover.
