"Remember" (stylized in lettercase; reMeMber) is a scrapped song by Ariana Grande intended for her fifth studio album Thank U, Next.[1]
Background
The song was intended to be on Grande's fifth album Thank U, Next, but it was replaced by "make up".[2].Grande decided not to release it as she felt it was too personal.[3] It is thought to be about Grande's ex-boyfriend Mac Miller who died on January 26, 2020 from an accidental overdose.
ever since Mac died, Ariana grande never released remember. But she said in a tweet “ guys please stop, I will release all my personal songs in a album called “wonder” that’s coming in April 23rd 2020.” That will include sober, you, my way, ect.
