The Rift Tour was a three-day virtual concert held by the video game Fortnite through August 6 to August 8, 2021.[1] A virtual version of Ariana Grande was the headliner of the event in celebration of her arrival in the Icon Series in the fame. There is also an exclusive Ariana Grande Fortnite skin that was released alongside numerous accessories and in-game items.

In July 2021, Fortnite confirmed it was hosting a three-day virtual musical experience named the Rift Tour, starring a "record-breaking superstar."[2]
After months of speculations and leaks, Ariana Grande was revealed to be the performer of the event, on August 1, 2021, with her opening performance on August 6, 2021.[3][4] On the same day, a sneak peek of the concert was uploaded on YouTube, and also showed the first look at two variants of Grande's skin.[4]

- The Rift Tour was nominated for "Best Metaverse Performance" at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards.[5]
- When Grande was added, she became the only Female Singer in the game. She held this title until Lady Gaga was added in February 2024.
- During The Way, where Grande is seen walking up multiple sets of stairs is likely based on M. C. Escher's "Relativity" lithograph.
