Faheem Rashad Najm (born September 30, 1984), professionally known as T-Pain, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer.
He worked with Ariana on both her unreleased songs "Sex" and "Strong Enough" recording and writing a writer's demo for Grande to build off of.
T-Pain revealed on TikTok on October 26, 2021, that he wrote and produced "R.E.M." demo, a scrapped and unreleased track that was titled "Dream", and was recorded on March 12, 2011, before Beyoncé and Grande recorded their tracks. Pharrell also co-wrote, produced, and was featured on the song.[1]
