The song was featured as a remix in the new Final Fantasy: Brave Exvius mobile game in which Grande had a character as Dangerous Ariana.

• At a Q&A of her Sweetener World Tour, Grande said that "Touch It" is a boring song.
• On September 28, 2019, Ariana posted a snippet from the recording of "Touch It" titled "opera-ish shit on a pop shit", referring to the high pitched vocals in the bridge, revealing that the vocal was recorded on January 21, 2016. It is a part of her #voicenotesseries.
