i wouldn't usually post shit like this on a blog on a wiki page and i have been tweeting about this but i wanted to post this anyways. i'm truly saddened and heartbroken that so many young fans trying to see their idol have been killed. alledgedly 23 people died and 10 were under 18, 60+ were injured. seeing the amount of ambulances and panicked people running from the arena is the scariest thing. at a place that should be so safe. i can't help but be reminded of what happened in orlando, they were at a club that no one could ever think would be unsafe and they were then attacked. just innocent people. ariana and her crew had to witness that whilst on stage before running off. ariana will always remeber this sad show where so many people were fearful. everyone backstage would've heard the explosion and gotten scared shitless. the fans and audience who some had just met ariana had to run off, some were without their parents or anyone over 18. there are photo's of people's dwt merch with blood all over it. it's truly sad to even think about because this could've happened at any show. it's affected so many people, even those who were not there. no one deserves this, this is so so sad. my heart is aching, i have literal chills, i hope that everyone's ok.
it's devastating that music is supposed to be an escape, personally whenever i'm singing or doing music shit or listening to music i feel so much better. it breaks my heart that this escape for so many people was ruined. just a concert that was supposed to be fun. uplifting and the epitome of of that joy. glancing into bags and not using metal detectors is simply not enough.
