The Wicked Collection is a limited edition makeup collaboration release between the upcoming Wicked movies and Ariana Grande's makeup brand, R.E.M. Beauty.

On May 21, 2024, R.E.M. Beauty dropped the first teaser for the Wicked collection by posting a part of a green palette with the Wicked logo on it.
On September 6, 2024, R.E.M. Beauty posted a sign-up link on their Instagram story[1] and a short teaser.[2] They later changed their profile picture to a rose quartz, the color associated with Glinda from Wicked.
On September 7, 2024, R.E.M Beauty posted a video of Grande holding a product from the collection with the caption "feeling bubbly 🫧".[3] Five days later on September 12, 2024, they posted a video showcasing the upcoming products.[4]
R.E.M Beauty further continued to tease the collection. On September 13, 2024, they posted a photo with poloraids of bubbles and Glinda's crown. [5] On September 14, 2024, they posted a series of photos and a video showing a concept sketch of the collection.[6]
On September 18, 2024, R.E.M Beauty announced that the collection would feature nine products, and be released on October 1, 2024.[7] It includes a 12-pan eyeshadow "storybook" palette, a Glinda and Elphaba makeup set, a Glinda "glow drops" highlighter, undereye masks, three lip stain colors, and a lip oil.[8] On September 28, 2024, Ariana appeared on R.E.M. Beauty's channel to talk about the collection.[9] On October 2, 2024, the collection was teased to appear in Target stores,[10] becoming the first time her makeup would appear in supermarkets.
On October 7, 2024, Grande visited Ulta in New York City to further promote the collection. On October 10, 2024, the collection appeared in Target stores, through their partnership with Ulta Beauty, Ariana's second line to appear in supermarkets, after Ariana Grande Fragrances.[11]
On October 25, 2024,[12] a lip & fragrance set containing the "So Popular" lip oil alongside her R.E.M. by Ariana Grande fragrance and an "exclusive preview" of her upcoming R.E.M. 2.0 by Ariana Grande fragrance was put up for pre-order, set to release on November 22, 2024.[13]
