"Wifee" (stylized in all lowercase; commonly known as "White Tee" or "Wifey") is an unreleased song by Ariana Grande that was intended for her fourth studio album, Sweetener.
Background[]
The song first appeared in a Discord server along with "South Africa" & "Hi", but all three songs were previously unknown at the time. A user was trying to trade the songs, leaking a 2 second snippet of each songs on March 13, 2023. The person leaked a second snippet the next day on March 14, 2023.
Three days later, a third longer snippet of the song was leaked by somebody else on March 17, 2023. The person who had leaked the snippet, leaked it due to the original person trying to scam others into thinking they had the song, but they didn’t. They only cut snippets from the longer snippet.
A week later, the full song leaked during the mass leak that took place on March 27, 2023. The next day on March 28, 2023, two more demos leaked.
The full sessions leaked on January 3, 2024, along with various other unreleased songs and sessions.

Trivia[]
- Fans have previously called it "White Tee".
- The final version was recorded the same day when Ariana and Mac performed "My Favorite Part" live at one of his private concerts.[1][2]
- This song sounds similar to "Be My Baby" and "Adore" in the beginning of the starting intro.
- The line "I know that you like me, cause you call me wifey" could've been a reference to Soulja Boy’s song "Kiss Me Thru The Phone" with one of his lines being "Baby, I know that you like me, you my future wifey". That lyric could’ve also been a sample interpretation.[3]
- The line "while them records be playing and you sing em' to me" could be a reference to a snapchat Grande posted of her and Mac Miller listening to music together on a record player.
- Milller is also seen wearing a white tee shirt in the video that Grande posted.[4]
