Zoolander 2 is an American comedy film that was released on February 12, 2016. It is the sequel of Zoolander (2001). Ariana Grande makes a cameo as herself.

On July 9, 2015, Susan Sarandon defending Ariana on Twitter for her "donut controversy." Susan was quoted in a magazine on July 11 saying about Ariana, "Well, I just worked with her. We did Zoolander 2 together, in Rome. She couldn’t be more professional or sweet... Clearly [her remarks were] taken out of context... She’s smart, and she’s a really great, very talented person."[1][2][3] This was the first confirmation that Ariana was in Zoolander 2. Ariana posted a picture with her friend Tyler Ford on July 1, 2015, that confirmed she was in Rome.[4]
